Gifts in Wills
"As a nurse at the Shakespeare Hospice, I see the impact of the public's generous support for the Hospice’s work first hand.
The donations we receive enable me to work with patients, carers and their families to provide compassionate and personalised support that reflects the individual needs of those we help.
Gifts in wills are also a very personal matter. We understand that your loved ones are likely to be your first concern when writing your will and we also know it's a private decision that will need to be carefully considered. However, if you do choose to support the Hospice with a gift in your will, one day, your kindness could help me and my colleagues give more members of our community the support and care they urgently need". Can we help? The Hospice’s fundraising team are not qualified to provide legal or financial advice, but they can answer any general questions you may have about gifts in wills. They can also tell you more about the kind of work your legacy gift could help to fund. If you would like to speak to a member of the Hospice’s fundraising team about gifts in wills, please call 01789 266852 or email enquiries@theshakespearehospice.org.uk.
