Have you or someone you know just been diagnosed with a serious illness? Are you frightened? Confused? Unsure of where to go for help?
Most people are affected by serious illness at sometime in their lives, whether it is they or someone close to them who have been diagnosed Bad news about health can be disorientating and distressing and give rise to all sorts of questions beyond the ones about medical treatment. If you find yourself in this situation then Life Well Link is here to help.
Life Well Link is an information and support centre based in Stratford on Avon town centre for any adult affected by any type of serious illness. It is open to everyone, not just those who have been diagnosed with an illness but also their carers, family and friends.
At Life Well Link our staff will listen to your concerns and can offer emotional support, practical advice and time to talk in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and in total confidence.
The Link is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, there is no need to book an appointment, is completely free of charge and there are no geographical limitations. It is based in the Stratford Healthcare Building on Arden Street, on the first floor above the coffee shop.
