CONTACTING US
The Information and Support Service is open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.During this time you are free to either drop in or you can ring and make an appointment to come and see us where one of our information and support advisors will be on hand to provide any help or guidance you may need.

Alternatively, you can contact our Telephone Helpline which is available 24 hours a day. On occasions when the line is not manned an ansaphone service is available and we will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you may want to contact us via our email enquiry page. All information we receive will be treated confidentially.

INFORMATION
We provide a wide range of up to date, factual information on many different illnesses and treatments. Having access to this information can be invaluable in helping to dispel any fears or anxieties about your illness and can help give back a sense of control.

All of our information is freely available from the hospice. For additional information please contact us or look at our weblinks.

SUPPORT
Our Information and Support Service is able to provide both emotional and practical support to anyone has been affected by a serious illness.

We can offer you time in a relaxing environment to talk about any anxieties or fears you may have.

Practically we are also able to offer support, whether it's where to get help with equipment for a home, how to alter your home , help with your gardening, where to apply for grants etc.

We can also provide advice and information on many local and national support organisations. Please contact us for details.

OUTREACH
Last year we started an outreach service where we take our Information and Support Service out into the local community.

Our aim is to help and support members of the community who are either unaware of our service or are unable to access the service here in Stratford. We currently visit local community groups and libraries. Details of our visits are on our News and Events Page.

During these visits you will be able to talk to one of our Information and Support Advisors and look through some of the information available to you.
