As Individual Giving Manager, you will lead on the development, planning, and delivery of the Individual Giving program across a portfolio of donors and activities including; cash appeals, general donations, online donations, payroll giving, regular giving, retail, mid-level gifts, in memoriam giving and legacies.
You will maximise supporter retention and development opportunities to ensure long-term growth and manage the supporter journey programme.
You will champion the value and importance of an excellent supporter experience helping to drive the Hospice supporter-focused strategy forwforward
Previous experience in managing an integrated Individual Giving strategy that recruits, retains, and reactivates supporters is essential and understanding of how to maximise a donors lifetime value whilst delivering a high-quality supporter experience.
