We’re looking for an experienced and passionate individual, with direct experience of corporate or major donor fundraising, or the ability to show transferable skills. Someone with determination and focus, who is ambitious to grow income from this area and able to demonstrate a track record of success in your career to date.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team of high-performing fundraisers to maximise income and secure support by stewarding existing relationships and building new high-value partnerships with medium to high-value donors and organisations.

The successful candidate will have superb interpersonal skills and be experienced at making direct contact with individual donors and organisations and pitching inspiring proposals.

This is a new role which will be instrumental in helping to increase awareness of The Shakespeare Hospice, extending our reach, and to support with the income growth plans and delivery of the departmental objectives and Hospice's 5-year strategy.

The post holder will need a full driving license and their own car for business use to travel to external meetings, evenand ts, and meet supporters.
