We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time staff nurse to work within The Shakespeare Hospice Adult Community Services.
As a staff nurse, you will be a core member of the multidisciplinary palliative care team. The role will involve working across our Hospice at Home and Day Hospice services covering South Warwickshire. Working in close collaboration with our other Hospice and community teams, the post holder will promote holistic, person-centred care for patients, their families and those who require specialist palliative support.
We provide care for patients with life-limiting illnesses, also offering carer and bereavement support. Our staff nurses are key members of the team and are expected to work closely with the Team Leaders to maintain excellent standards and develop future service provision. The post holder will uphold our hospice values: to be compassionate, accessible, respectful and effective.
