This programme is facilitated at the Hospice and run by the Parkinson Specialist Nursing team – South Warwickshire University Foundation NHS Trust (SWUFT).
This is for newly diagnosed and all enquiries will be passed to the Parkinson Nursing Team at SWUFT.
*This is a pre-bookable programme which runs for 4 weeks 4 x times a year (2 at the Hospice and 2 at the Leamington Rehabilitation Hospital). Please contact the Parkinsons Specialist Nursing Team or the Hospice for more details and signposting.
