Event details
This Christmas, we invite you to remember a loved one with a dedication in their memory, while supporting The Shakespeare Hospice as we celebrate our 25th anniversary of providing compassionate care to our South Warwickshire community.
The lights will shine brightly on the Bridge Street Christmas tree, Stratford-upon-Avon to honour and celebrate the lives of those being remembered in our Light up a Life campaign 2024.
You can make a dedication by clicking the button below. You can upload a favourite photo, leave a dedication and share it with your friends and family.
You can also make a donation to the Hospice, to enable us to keep helping others affected by life-limiting illnesses.
£12 could help fund a memory-making activity for a child experiencing a bereavement.
£52 could help fund a one-to-one counselling session for a young person who is grieving or facing the loss of a loved one.
£60 could help fund one hour of one-to-one counselling for a patient or their loved one.
Each year, we hold our Light up a Life service, where we come together to celebrate the lives of our loved ones at this special time of year. The service includes readings, singing, and candle lighting. It is open to everyone within our community and your loved one does not need to have been cared for by Hospice.
Join us at the Hospice before or after the Light up a Life service to hear Carols sung by local choirs and browse festive stalls while we serve mince pies and mulled wine. St. Andrew’s Church is adjacent to the Hospice so you will be able to attend both events if you wish.
