The Big Give is a match funding campaign and this year we have a target of £30,000. To kick-start the campaign, we must have £7,500 in pledges. This is then matched with a Big Give champion who also pledges an additional £7,500 toward the campaign, and then we fundraise from December 1st – 8th for the remaining £15,000, from individuals, community events, local business and anyone else who would like to add to the pot.

Our Big Give Christmas Challenge campaign is centred around our Hospice at Home service: ‘Home. When it matters most’.
Home is where many people want to spend their final days. Our Outstanding Hospice at Home service helps make that possible, giving local families compassionate care, comfort and choice. Help more people receive expert end-of-life care where it matters most – at home.
Our Outstanding Hospice services provide specialised clinical care, symptom management and emotional support, helping people remain at home with dignity, comfort and choice.

More local people will receive Outstanding Hospice at Home care where they most want to be – at home. Patients will experience greater comfort, dignity and choice, while families gain the confidence and support they need during one of life's most difficult journeys. Together, we will help more people achieve their preferred place of care and create more precious moments with those they love.
What do we need?

The Big Give asks for a minimum pledge donation of £100.
