Our Hospice at Home service is for patients with life-limiting illnesses who have chosen to receive palliative and end of life care from the comfort of their own homes.
Our Hospice in Shottery is the ‘hub’ for our day services. Our Hospice is a friendly, caring environment which provides support for those affected by life-limiting illness to access a wide range of services and therapies.
Therapy services at The Shakespeare Hospice include Complementary Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. Each Therapy promotes holistic wellbeing and quality of life through their interventions.
Our Companion At Home service provides patients with someone to chat with, a listening ear, and the opportunity to form a friendship.
Our Adult Counselling service is available to patients and their carers or loved ones who are affected by a life-limiting condition and individuals who have been bereaved.
CAFSS is a free service available to children and young people (aged 5-18), who have had a sudden or expected bereavement or are facing the loss of someone close to them who has a life-limiting illness.
Our services are available to any patient, carer and family member in South Warwickshire who is registered with a GP and affected by a life-limiting illness.
