The challenge includes trekking over volcanoes, through coffee plantations, indigenous communities and dense rainforests. Take in views of the Caribbean lowlands with the rainforest slowly giving way to ubiquitous banana plantations. Take on some challenging ascents with incredible views of the rainforest, experiencing first-hand the amazing biodiversity and natural beauty of Costa Rica.
The challenge will test you physically but this is the most incredible way to experience Costa Rica, with it’s rainforests, cloud forests, jungles and volcanoes – all while raising essential funds for The Shakespeare Hospice.
